S.T.A.R. Co-op Order Processing and Shipping Guidelines

Processing:

Texas PTA processes S.T.A.R. Co-op orders on normal business days.  Normal Business Days are Monday - Friday.  Our office observes the following holidays where we are closed:

  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Friday before Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day 
  • Monday following LAUNCH
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday following Thanksgiving Day
  • December 22 - January 1       

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number.  When your order ships, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment.  Please check your spam folder.  

Processing & Shipping Times:

While we always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as we can, please allow 10-14 business days from the date you place your order to when you receive your package.  

Local Pickup:

We are located in beautiful downtown Austin, TX.  If you would like to save on shipping and pickup your order at our office, please call our office to place your order over the phone.  Local pickup is not available if you place your order online.  Once placed over the phone, we will advise on when your order will be available for pickup. 

S.T.A.R. Co-op Store Closure:

Each July we take our store to LAUNCH.  In preparation for this exciting training event, our online store is taken offline in early July.  The store will come back online after we return.
